Delivery Information

All GoTiles orders are delivered by one of our carefully selected external couriers who are expertly trained to handle your goods. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email to track the status of your order. You can also track your order by logging into ‘My Account’. Please note postcode restrictions apply and may incur additional charges.

Important

Kerbside Delivery

Orders over 18kg will be delivered to kerbside on your chosen delivery date, which you can select at the checkout. Please bear in mind that our delivery service is a 1-man assist providing kerbside drop only, so it is essential that you ensure an able-bodied person is present on the day to take the delivery. If your property has restricted access, please let us know in the comments box at the point of placing your order.

If you require additional help with your delivery, you can upgrade to our premium 2-man delivery service. Our 2-man team will carry your order to a ground floor room of your choice. Delivery will be scheduled within 5-10 working days and our transport team will be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date. To arrange a 2-man delivery service please email hello@gotiles.com prior to ordering.

Access

If there are any access issues regarding your property such as narrow roads, uneven ground or obstructions, please let us know when placing your order in the handy comments box which you will find at the checkout or give us a call on 0330 660 1180.

Accepting Your Delivery

We do advise customers to have orders delivered at least 5 days prior to your tradesmen or tilers coming to install. This gives ample time to check all items are present, correct and undamaged, whilst also allowing time for any unexpected delivery delays and allowing GoTiles to rectify any problems.

  • Ensure an able bodied person is present to accept the delivery
  • Check everything is present & correct
  • Sign to accept the delivery
  • Inspect for damage (If you suspect any damage, follow the guidelines below)

Damages

Spot damage on delivery? We’re very sorry if there’s some damage to your order. All orders leave our warehouse in perfect condition, but damage can sometimes happen in transit.

If you spot damages to your order please make a note next to your signature when signing for the delivery or you can refuse your delivery. You need to report any damages in writing within 48 hours of delivery to hello@gotiles.com. Please include your order number & photos.

For sustainable reasons, we do recommend that damaged tiles are kept and used for cuts on your project whenever possible.

    Order Amends Before Delivery

    We kindly ask that you notify us of any changes you would like to make to your order at least 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. We cannot guarantee any changes made after this time will be possible. If you wish to cancel your order and it is due to be delivered sooner than this please call us as soon as possible on 0330 660 1180.

    Sample Delivery

    Our tile sample service allows you to see how different colours, textures and patterns will complement your interior and to make sure you’ll be completely happy with your purchase. We do advise ordering a full size sample rather than a cut sample of any tile which features distinct variation like marble, in order to see both the veining and tile colour.

    Delivery for tile samples is completely free and you can order 4 different tile samples for free. We aim to deliver all sample orders within 3-5 working days from your order date.

    Postcode Restrictions

    We cannot delivery outside of the UK. This also includes Ireland & British Isles. Please note, we cannot offer next day delivery to Northern Ireland and Scotland and there is a surcharge which will be added on top of standard delivery at the checkout.
