Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item which falls within our terms & conditions policy, please firstly request a return.
Requesting a return
If you wish to return any goods to us, they must be returned to us in a resalable condition.
Please note - We can only accept returns on tiles in unopened boxes and you’ll need to arrange the delivery back to our warehouse.
To begin your return, please notify us in writing by emailing us at hello@gotiles.com.
Please include:
• Order number
• Items you wish to return
• Photos of your items (condition & packaging)
A member of our after sales team will be in touch within 48 hours regarding how to proceed with your return. Once a return has been confirmed you have 30 days to get the items back to us.
Please note:
Returned items must be in a resalable condition, this may affect your refund. Returns are assessed case by case when a return request is submitted.

Arranging A Collection
You can contact us to arrange a collection for your return. Collection charges will not be covered by GoTiles and we will contact you to arrange a suitable date. Contact our team via email hello@gotiles.com or alternatively, fill out the contact form on our customer service page.
Refunds
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
GoTiles reserves the right not to refund if the products are deemed as not being in a resalable condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the products are returned after the 30 day period. We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days. Read our full terms & conditions here.
