So you know when you buy from GoTiles your tiles and tiling products will stand the test of time. There’s no need to register, you’re automatically covered. If you need to get in touch with us, just simply quote your order number as reference.

Whats Covered

We’re pleased to offer our customers a lifetime guarantee on all tiles when purchased with our recommended adhesives and grouts. Please notem our guarantee covers GoTiles products. We guarantee that our tiles and fixing products are free from manufacturing defects and will remain fit for purpose for the lifetime of the product or up to 15 years (whichever is sooner).

Whats Not Covered

The guarantee does not cover;

• Branded products (GoTiles products only)
• Non-domestic use
• Failure to install or utilise the product in accordance to written instruction
• Bad installation practice or any relating legislation
• Fair wear and tear
• Parts which do not constitute the material structure of the product
• Neglect, abuse or miss use of the product

How To Claim

Should you ever experience a fault with a GoTiles product, just email hello@gotiles.com (use your order number as a reference) and our team will help you through every step of the returns process. 

If the issue is found to be covered by the guarantee, GoTiles will inform you about the specific steps that need to be taken to fulfill the guarantee in your specific situation. GoTiles will promptly replace the item, either partially or entirely, as determined by GoTiles. If the replaced products are found to be not defective, GoTiles may charge for these items and any related costs.
